Kurtis Rykovich — “I Control You” — Original Artwork

An exceptional original work by contemporary artist Kurtis Rykovich, titled “I Control You.”

This striking piece captures Rykovich’s unmistakable dark-fantasy aesthetic, blending beauty, surrealism, innocence, and psychological tension. A haunting blonde, unicorn-horned figure stands beside an extraordinary masked creature while manipulating delicate strings—a visual exploration of control, power, vulnerability, and the complicated relationship between the controller and the controlled.

The dramatic oversized eyes, elongated figure, dreamlike landscape, intricate costume details, and unusual hybrid creature make this an immediately recognizable and memorable Rykovich composition. The muted landscape contrasts beautifully with the blonde, pink, red, and black elements of the central figures.
